Thanx for the reminder Centin and Robert... I have been involved with advanced tech support for various products for many years and this is one rule I have councelled many people on but forgot myself.

I found the problem and it was not my code... beleive it or not it was related to the Math Co-prosessor, and printing. I will send you (and all in the thread) a complete description in a few minutes.

Once again, thanx for the input. I will adjust my code to reflect your suggestions.
