I see that Michael already suggested Y2KFox. It's an excellent tool, but it can be expensive. Another option is to use a method Christof Lange described in the March, 1998 FoxPro Advisor. You can find the article at http://www.advisor.com/wArticle.nsf/wArticles/FA9803.LANGC01.
