Thank you for replying, I used the method you suggested and it worked fine as a work-around.
It would be easier on my client if it could be done directly to an excel-file ..

>VFP will only copy the first 16380 records. I don't know of any way to change this from VFP. You could save the table as a foxpro 2.X DBF table using the "type fox2x". Then from Excel I open the DBF table.
