I have a grid based on an updateable view which is tablebuffered.

When a tabelupdate is executed which returns false because of some validationrule, my grid is greyed out and the data in it is cleared out. When I scroll through the grid, the data reappaers and I can continue working. How can I get rid of this behaviour ???
