hi all

I need to insert some records of a table in vfp5.0 to a table (or a database) in microsoft access 2.0

i dont know much about access
i need to know if i can do that from vfp and how to do it (in details or maybe with a little sample)

-2 i dont know if acces has a COMMAND WINDOW (i can't see it) , but how can i introduce instruccions in access? (some like i do in vfp with the command window??)
