Ok, this is how I did it.
first; make a dummy.txt file with a dot inside.
just to create something for the setup wizard to setup.
then put it into it's own subdirectory.
run the Setup wizard to install the file dummy.txt.
when it asks you which components you need to install with your app ??
don't check any of the boxes.
then continue on....at the end, if you browse the DKSETUP.dbf that was created, you'll have a whole lot of files besides the dummy.txt.
all these files are needed just for the setup wizard !!!!!
If you do the above then to be installed only on win32's systems, then you'll come up with the files needed for dummy.txt to run on win31.
and so on so forth.
each time, save the DKSETUP.DBF with another name.
at the end you'll have three or four sets of DKSETUP.DBF. each with a list of files.
Now, all needed to do is to include the files listed in these DBF's exept the ones from the first DKSETUP.dbf, because those are only needed by the VFP setup wizard.

DISCLAIMER: Make sense ??, I haven't got the time to do it. but I'll have to do it very soon.
