You use the following method (perhaeps a wrong, only the gods of VFP can tell you that).

Run start mailto:xxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx
(or ShellExecute in API)

To run the browser i use something like this:

Run Start www.levelextreme.com
(or ShellExecute in API)

I dont now if is this what are expecting !
