The VFPCOM.DLL from Microsoft and my DBF2RS.PRG/RS2DBF.PRG utilities are very different. There isn't much speed difference (basically the same), and my utilities include the ability to include a RECNO() pointer so you can synch the data back into an existing table. VFPCOM.DLL doesn't allow you to update an existing DBF.
