We are having trouble getting our first form up in Codebook.

Is there anyone out there who would care to help us?

I suspect that the best thing would be a bit of coaching by telephone.

We are willing to pay of course, but I don't think it will take much more than twenty minutes...

The menu builder is running but I can't seem to add new items.

I already have the upgrade for Qstart from compuserve and it worked.
