Well, my first inclination is to think this is good news, but if that is truly the case, then LUPDATE() will be reporting incorrect information too, because the date stamp of the file is messed up! ARRRGGHHH!! This is one of the weirdest things I've ever seen...
I just checked one of the tables. My user added records at 1:34pm today. The date stamp of the .DBF says 5/4/1999, 10:04am -- that is when I reindexed the file this morning. Something interesting that I just noticed is that the date stamp of the .FPT *IS* updated to show 5/4/1999, 1:34pm. This isn't happening on just 1 of the tables in the application -- it is happening on more than 1.

>Just to let you know, LUPDATE() in VFP 6.0 uses the actual date stamp of the file, and not the value stored in the header.
