I've been there and done that.

Check out MS KB Articles Q152395 and Q153201. They cover some basic of installing an app from a CD. Specifically, review the Setup.Inf file and look for a line that reads "1","Disk1",ACMSET16.EX_","". This must be changeD to "1","Disk1",ACMSET16.EX_",".". Notice the last "" now contains a period!
