>Yeah they were. I just did some experiments and found when you use the SDT expression builder button in the expression & filter fields. Both of them put the table name in the expressions they built. I believe this can be turned off in a preferance for VFP somewhere but I didn't see it in my first look. I you know where it is let me know.

SDT actually uses the VFP Expression Builder, which by default adds the alias to an expression. To turn this off, click on the Options button in the Expression builder and either have it not add an alias at all or only add an alias for a non-selected table.
