Check the SET REFRESH value in your app.

The docs. say that it applies only to BROWSE 'windows', but this is incorrect.

The problem is that when another user tries to view the record, the old data is displayed not the updated data. If the other user closes and restarts the app the record is displayed properly (with the updated changes)???
