I don't think you can send controls behind an Image control, but even if I could, the Image would appear over top of all the controls in the frame if I did that. I want the "Frame" to appear on top of the image, as well as the controls in the Frame, but the inside of the frame should show the image through instead of solid gray. I have to use a Frame because I'm grouping multiple groups of radio buttons.
