More than one way to do it.
1) In designer select the filter tab, select row conatining parameter and click remove. Works.
2) Open dbc as a table and do it manually (not recommended).
3) Copy the SQL in designer (Right click, "View SQL" and copy). Delete view, go to command window, write :
"create SQL view MyViewName as "
then paste. Before executing delete the portion with unwanted where clause.
