I just installed Visual Studio 6, and the accompanying MSDN Library. I had hoped to run the upsizing wizard to get my tables into SQL Server 7.
I've had nothing but frustration:
1. VFP Help is disabled. Under the File Locations option tab, the help file location is blank. What should that say? How can I get it installed properly? I took all the default options.
2. When I run the upsizing wizard, it tells me it won't upsize any database that's not opened exclusively. So I go to the command window and type "OPEN DATABASE ... EXCLUSIVE" and it opens the database. I run the wizard again, and get the same message.
I can't even check the help file, because I don't know where it is!

Thanks for any feedback
