Hi Carie.

I haven't used the system myself. I was just pointing you to a resource that I had seen available.

>Thank you for your quick response. However, you might need to elaborate on the use of AddZip.hdr and AddUnzip.hdr. I don't understand how they would help me with my problem.

>>>Does anyone use WinZip to compress text files in VFP program? What is your experience with this type of thing?

>>>In one of my program, I create multiple (about 400+) text files, append data to each, zip each, and then FTP them to our IIS server so it can be downloaded via the Internet. However, it seems like there's a memory leak somewhere, and I'm not quite sure if it's WinZip. Everytime I run this module, it tends to lock up my machine. Does anyone know of a better way to accomplish what I'm trying to do?

>>>Your input is greatly appreciated.

>>Take a look in the File section under "WIN32API & others APIs" for "ZIP/unZIP Libraries"
