You might look into GhostScript, which is a public-domain PostScript viewer available for a wide range of platforms; it's part of the Free Software Foundation's GNU project. I'm not certain that it will fit your needs; we use it in-house to view Postscript-formatted reports, but not within the context of a VFP form.

www.cdrom.com (Walnut Creek) should have it available, as should any of the GNU project participants.
