have you experienced the situation you can't set the resource to ON by SET RESOURCE ON?

When I try to locate FOXUSER.DBF, this doesn't exist.

Do anyone know how this happened?
How to reset it back?

Because every time I go back into FoxPro for another session of programming, I need open all over again.

Please help me out!

P.S. I am using FoxPro v5.0. Recently, I have brought a new computer and installed with Windows 98. Is this causing the problem?
