Hi,

Just like to know what to look for when we want to develope a
client software that can be easily configure to use backend
software like Sql server or Oracle.

Is Sql server 7 and Oracle fully confine to SQL 92 standard or
SQL 3 standard ?

Can using standard SQL command garantee that my program can also
be run able to run on other server if they confine to using
sql standard.

Any advise or comments or pointers to look out for when developing
my client is very much appreciated. Thank you
