A former client called me about a problem with their app. They are running Foxpro for DOS 2.5 and were running under NOVEL. The PCs never had Windows and they were only running under DOS with simple NOVEL login. They have recently changed over to Windows NT Workstations.

The Problem. They have a couple machines that are attached to cash drawers which will open on a predefined chr(255) in the print job. Now that Windows is "spooling" the job, the cash drawers aren't opening. I had them change the printing to go "directly to the printer", and still nothing. Anything else I can have them look into?
