Depending on what you want, you could take a look in the FAQ here on UT which has code I released for creating an enhanced GetDir() function using the Shell.Application automation object, and Bela Bodec's has released an .FLL which offers similar functionality without the dependency on have Shell version 4.71 or later on your system.
