Two observations:
1. That appears to be an odd design, but if the Novell print queues are still being used, I can't imagine why it won't work. (that being said, I don't have enough information to truly diagnose the problem)

2. This is more of a suggestion. Any possibility that the app can be changed so that the draws open upon creation of a 'flag' file or something that's a bit less sticky than using a print queue file?
