I'm not sure about the mapping....
We have a tech writer that is doing that part of it. I just supply the ID's and he writes the help and maps it to them.

We are using a .HLP file instead of .CHM. Wonder if that also makes a difference?

I'll forward your questions to the tech writer and see if he knows any of the answers.
