I've found Excel more suited for this sort of things. That is copy your "to be studied" data to an .XLS file. Open it in EXCEL, go to DATA, cross tab (or something with the same meaning, I am just translation the French "tableau croisé dynamique") and start analysing your data. Experiment with this first. When you are happy with the results, record all the steps into a macro and start adapting the code to VFP. It works, I did it not long ago.
