Actually, there are a slew of notepad replacements with all these features. Of course, I can't name one since I also use notepad. But if you take a look at download.com (or is it downloads.com), I'm sure there's a few there. As well, I once came upon one that was a lot like Qedit for dos, but in windows (where you can select lines, but also columns!)... great for those who are still doing some COBOL, or just for formating an HTML page after FP hacks it into it's own formating!

As well, for those with a few hours (maybe a day tops), just rewrite a notepad-like editor... Can't be THAT difficult!
