Ok, my previous post about ComCtl32.dll being is use was due to a momentary lapse of reason on my part... I don't need to install ComCtl32.dll!! The file I need installed is ComCtl32.OCX.

At any rate, I can now get through the setup routine. However, when I access the form which uses the ComCtl file, it a)>/b> opens a file-find dialog and when I point it to ComCtl32.OCX, it b)errors out :(

What am I missing here?
