If I recall a similar thread not too long ago, there are some incompatibilities between VFP interpretation of numerics and ADO...could this be the case?

>What version of VFP are you using, and what version of ADO do you have installed? You should have ADO 2.0 or 2.1. It should work with VFP 5.0, but 6.0 is suggested.
