I don't know about a train horn, but you *can* buy and install an air horn (exactly like the ones used in tractor-trailers). This is especially disconcerting to other drivers if you drive an especially small vehicle! 8^) In fact, I'd guess the reaction induced would be inversely proportional to the size of your vehicle...
