You guys will have to excuse me, but I think I may have come down with an extreme case of the "stupids" here. Which DLL are you referring to: TLIREG32.DLL (which I can't find) or TLBINF32.DLL (which I have)? The latter (TLBINF32.DLL) matches both the date stamp Ken mentioned and the VB reference which David noted. The former (TLIREG32.DLL), not only isn't on my machine, but I can't find a reference to it in the MSDN April 1999 Library.
