Depending on your needs - you can get even better results by using other DBMSs such as UDB, or SQL Server 7 etc. and retrieve cubes and/or rollups

>I am not the original creator of the thread. I simply stated to Chen Nan that I found simpler in some cases to massage the pivot tables in Excel through OLE automation. I did this not long ago and found the results excellent and "deeper" that what you can achieve with GenxTab (more axes, if this the right wording).
