I'm not sure how you want to do the cut and paste so I'll wait for you to give a little more detail on that, but if you take a look under files section you will find a free way class (VCX) that will allow you to do the system tray thing. For the toplevle form take a look at show window prop. You may want to leave desktop alone because I saw where George Tasker has found in VFP6 that you loose the wait window if you have the desktop set to true (i think) and show window as top-level.

Note you may have to add screen=off to your config.fpw file if you don't want the screen to flash on start up of the program.
