Usually, right-clicking on table in DBC and REMOVEing the table, then do VALI DATA RECO to ensure all is well, then Add the table back again will do the trick. You'll lose some DBC props on table, possibly, but maybe that's the least of your concerns right now....
You're sure VALI DATA RECO comes up with no problems? I'd run that first, it might save some trouble...
