I have a continuous loop for a table full of fax request records. Each record is a fax request. When the record faxes successfully, I DELETE the record, when the fax is unsuccessful I loop through the table of fax request records and attempt to resent the fax.

Also, there a new fax request records being added to the table from another source while I continually loop and look for unsent, new and failed fax requests records.

Maybe there is a better way to do it, but it seems to be working with exception of the DELETEd records still being found in the loop and are trying to be resent after they have already been successfully faxed.
