>>>>Hi everyone,

Unfortunately, I have two tables of Accounts Receivables, one for open and the other for historical records. When I needed information from both in the same report, I could use the SCANNING() function in R&R. How does Crystal Reports link two like tables together into one report? Does crystal have a similar function?

Good idea. But the history file has 500,000 records in it and there are users in the app all throughout the day.
