Yep, it did. Just wasn't a prominent as it is now.

I don't think it'll be a problem. It's working under Win 9x the way the 3.1 SDK says it should. What I'm really saying here is please don't ask me to hook up my old 486/50 (with its paltry 4mb of RAM and double spaced 100mb hard drive). I hate working while lying on the floor < rbg >.
