There's a help file on the Office or Outlook CD called VBAOUTL.HLP. It has documentation of the Outlook object model. It should help you figure out what you'll need to do. Also, John Petersen has created some samples of automating Office applications. Take a look in the Files section here under VFP in General. I think it's called something like JVP's automation samples.
