I think the "cannot access the selected table thing", has to do with the manual file closing you do "CLOSE DATABASES", the form tries to close something that's already closed or something like that. The thing is, you shouldn't even worry about openning and closing tables if you use the DE, and thisform.release() to close your windows as David said
