It's pretty brain-dead simple actually; you can do some of it from the Proxy Server management screen (making the port accessible to proxy clients), and the rest can be done by editing an .INI file used by the Proxy Client on a per-station basis. I'd recommend taking a run out to www.ntfaq.com; there are a number of entries there on configuring Proxy Server.
