Maybe on Planet Nelson that might happen. Empirically MS has never made supporting VFP in their other products a priority. If its going to happen, the Fox team will have to do it. Native support for a certain data source sort of goes against what OLEDB is all about anyway. The idea is that OLEDB is a new data access technology and if data supplier X wants to play, they have to create a provider. OLEDB is not limited to just table based data.

Who actually does it especially since we're just talking different MS divisions doesn't really matter much though.
