Precede your code block with pre and at the end put in /pre, within angle brackets in both cases.

There's no simple multi-line import built into VFP AFAIK; you could pull it into a memo field and process it line-by-line using MEMLINES() and MLINE(), or use low-level file I/O to read the file.
