The help information I use is in the MSDN documentation, available by subscription from Microsoft; you can also look up the information online in MSDN OnLine (msdn.microsoft.com/developer). There's also a help file in the self-extracting download file from msdn.microsoft.com/scripting, and there are numerous sites devoted to nothing but the WSH (warning - you'll probably see examples in VB and Java.) Try http://wsh.glazier.co.nz/frame.asp?target=faq/wshfaq.asp as a starting point.
