I have an EXE produced in VFP3 that must support clients under Windows 3.1 to Windows NT.

I am running into DBC curruptions when clients are installing (MS Setup) and using my application and they have Microsoft Office Taskbar (or may be older version MOM) running.

During a session the client may open and close different databases which represent their individual and unrelated projects for my application?

Is this related to taskbar and certain file extensions? Files being left open after VFP exit?

I have Microsoft TechNet and have search it with no answers found. Has anyone experienced and fixed this problem?

These corruptions can be resolved with VALIDATE DATABASE RECOVER but the client must send the project to me to fix.
