Dear VFP folks --
Well, I guess I never tried to do this in all the years I've been working with various iterations of Fox.

What am I doing wrong -- or is this something I can't do ...

I have a Sales Order header file (parent).

I relate it to the Sales Order Detail file (child).

I set SKIP to the child. So far, so good. I set up a browser with various header details and the 'ITEM' field from the detail (to show the Items on the Sales Order). Perfect thus far ...

I then set a relationship with the Inventory file on the ITEM field to get a Product Line for the Item. Again .... no problem. That makes the Inventory file the Grandchild -- I guess.

I THEN set a last relation from the Inventory file to the Inventory Supplier file on the Item. So far, no problem. I can see the Vendor # on the Supplier file. HOWEVER, there can be (and are) more than one supplier for each Item. So I SET SKIP TO on the Supplier file. BUT, I only ever see one Vendor for each Item .... what do you think I'm doing wrong?

Here's the pictoral representation:

Header file
I---- Detail File
I---- I-----Inventory File
I-----------------Supplier File
I-----------------

Anybody know why I can't see more than one supplier for each Item? Thanks in advance!
