Hi Michael --

Well, through Automation you could instance an Access.Application and look at individual Forms in the MDB .... so, you could create an Access form with a list, for lookup purposes, and call that form.

If you want the raw data, you're stuck with ODBC :-)

I'd like to avoid installing and setting up an Access ODBC driver on every machine that uses the application - if I can!
