If the error is occurring when the application terminates, the you probably need to have DCOM installed. Ed Rauh wrote an FAQ here at the UT that describes how to tell programmatically if it's installed. If it is the problem, DCOM95 can be downloaded from the MS site and distributed.

If this isn't the case, if you could give us more information, it would help us track the problem down.
