Todd,

The TextBox's margin property controls how much white space is displayed around the text in a text box. The default is 2. Try reducing it to 1 or 0.

>When I put a text box on a form, it comes in as 24 pixels tall with 10 point font. I want to change the height of the text box to say 18 (which is more than tall enought to hold the 10 point font) but when I do, the text in the box drops off the bottom of the box while it leaves the same amount of white space above the text.
