I spent a year in CA while in the US Navy, including about 6 months in Vallejo. Where else in the world can you be 60 minutes from skiing, surfing, camping, gambling and a major airport? Napa is beautiful as is the drive up/down 101.
I do blame CA for completely destroying my (Michigan instilled) resistance to cold weather, however. 8^)
