I'm running VFP 3.0 for Macintosh and am getting the error message: 'Object manager internal consistency error' when I try to execute a particular form. I can find no documentation on this error message in either the VFP manuals or online via MS support database.

Has anyone run across this before and, if so, what does it mean and how do I fix it?
