I'm trying to avoid using the SUBST trick - which I'm sure will work becuase just leaving a CD in the drive works, as the system is quite widespread and the problem only occurs where the CD is on the drive E, so it doesn't affect everyone. If you can manage to find anything else, it will be much appreciated!
